New Facility for the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) St. John’s Animal Shelter. The Facility is approximately 11,000 sq. ft. and could be wood frame, non-combustible construction such as steel / concrete frame or possibly Concrete Tilt-Up Construction.
Construction scheduled to start April 2023.
